You agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions of sale by ongoing to place order via Kenza
website. All product orders placed by way of this website have to be done with
honest, and promise to buy. All information you provided during the process of
ordering must be true and correct.
Pricing
All product prices
mentioned on this website are latest as of the date the product page was
generated by the system. In case of different prices between prices on the
product detail pages and prices on the shopping cart, the shopping cart will
take precedence at the process of order, and it will be the price related in the
case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all
relevant taxes including G.S.T, but do not include delivery costs. Delivery
costs are included as the customer goes on through checkout, and are clearly
visible before any information is required. All prices can be change or modified
without any notice. In the event that a product is displayed price error or any
error related to price, Kenza Pty Ltd or Kenza online will cancel the order and
notify the customer. Errors and exclusion are excluded.
Payment
The customer can
choice two options, made by credit card and made by bank deposit. Payment via
payment gateway will not be considered finalized until Kenza Pty Ltd receives an
official payment statement from authorized third party. Kenza Pty Ltd reserve
the right to impose limits on the transaction values for any of the payment
method we accept.
Warranty
Kenza Pty Ltd
offers no warranty on all products above that which is offered the related
manufacturer.
Delivery
Products sold by
Kenza Pty Ltd are shipped only within Australia via Australia post, and the
delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. The delivery
time for each order is based on the availability time for the products(s) +
shipping time. Shipping time varies from place to place, and can be anywhere up
to 7 working days within Australia. In the case where multiple products are
ordered together, the order will not be shipped until all products ordered are
available from our warehouse. In condition where a particular product will be
delayed for a long time, Kenza Pty Ltd will attempt to advise the customer of
the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary.
Upon Receipt of order
The customer is
required to visually check the consignment for signs of damage. In cases where
the consignment is damaged in transit, the customer must contact our Customer
service as soon as possible. Before opening any product packages, please check
that you have been sent the correct product. Kenza Pty Ltd can only accept
return products in their original condition – please refer to our return policy
for more information.
Return Policy
Kenza Pty Ltd
offers a 14-day from date of receipt money back guarantee (less shipping costs)
provided the product is returned unused, in the original undamaged package/box
including all original packing, original owner’s manuals, warranty card and any
included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the
product. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee (whichever is the
greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return if the items are returned
incomplete or damaged in anyway. Except in cases where the product was shipped
in our mistake or was considered to be faulty on arrival, the customer is
required to pay all costs incurred with incurred with regard to shipping the
product back to Kenza Pty Ltd.
Return Procedure
In order to return
a product(s), please contact our staff at
sales@kenza.com.au, or the relevant phone number found on the
website. You will then be advised of the simplest way to return your goods. If
the item is a defective exchange, Kenza Pty Ltd will pay the return delivery
cost for the replacement item. Upon receipt of the returned product, Kenza Pty
Ltd will inspect the returned product. If a product(s) is returned as defective,
but is not found to be defective upon inspection, Kenza Pty Ltd will at our
discretion deduct the standard restocking fees (subject to our return policy)
plus delivery costs, or return the product to the customer at the customers
expense.
Reservation of Title
Title for all
goods dispatched remains with Kenza Pty Ltd until payment has been received in
full. Until title passes, Kenza Pty Ltd can retain, repossess and/or resell all
goods. Customers acknowledge that they hold all goods from Kenza Pty Ltd as
bailee until title passes.
